This is the England Women we were waiting for to turn up.

We needed a performance and a win, and England Women made sure we got one.

Lauren James was one of the stars of the game, and after what happened at the World Cup with her red card, she certainly redeemed herself.

The first goal came from an exceptional pass by Hannah Hampton, set up by Alessia Russo, for Lauren James to cut in and score with an excellent strike on her left foot.

Georgia Stanway, who said the team needed to do better, scored with a great strike for the second goal, assisted by Alessia Russo.

Lauren James got a third after a scramble in the penalty area to make it three.

Finally, Alessia Russo's assist again, and Ella Toone made it four.

Playing Alex Greenwood at left back and Jess Carter at centre back was absolutely genius by Sarina Wiegman.

Alessia Russo, with her 3 assists, deserves a goal in the next game.

Hannah Hampton, with her passes, was lethal.
